All AI-generated results across SmartLife AU products are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind including legal, financial, medical or factual verification. Always verify important information through authoritative sources.

All content, branding, and technology on SmartLife AU products is owned by SmartLife AU unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, SmartLife AU is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to resupply of the service or payment of the cost of resupply.
